Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://maidservicecicero.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Services. The Clean Halo provides Maid Service, Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Laundry Service and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to The Clean Halo and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
End of Use. The Clean Halo may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. The Clean Halo does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, The Clean Halo's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify The Clean Halo from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Choice of Law. IL law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of IL, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
